Xordex Ventures Sp. z o.o. is a Poland-based deep tech company headquartered at Szafarnia 11/F8, 80-755 Gdańsk. We build trust-first technologies at the intersection of software, hardware, and the physical world — and we're open to serious technical challenges in the circular economy, digital product passports, and the protection of real-world goods. Alongside the engineering work, we back early-stage founders directly with our own capital.

Who we are
We are a team of seasoned software and systems engineers — and a small group of private investors — who have spent our careers where atoms meet bits: embedded devices, secure identity, distributed systems, and deep experience across blockchain and Web3 infrastructure from Layer-1 consensus down to production smart-contract and token systems.
Xordex is an engineering-led house. We prefer problems where a wrong answer has real-world consequences: a counterfeit that slips through, a recycled item that can't be traced, a passport that doesn't match the part. Those are the problems we enjoy.
How we work
We build in the open with our partners: from the first whiteboard sketch of a data model to production hardware, deployed services, and the audits that follow. Our work pairs deep technical knowledge with direct product ownership — architecture, protocol design, smart-contract and blockchain engineering, firmware, application layers, and the operational glue that keeps real systems running.
Backing early-stage founders
Alongside engineering, we deploy our own capital as private investors into early-stage teams working on trust infrastructure, phygital products, and the physical-meets-digital layer. No committee, no fund-raising cycle, no pretence of running a VC — direct decisions from the people who will actually help you ship.
